Christian Van Osselaer, Ir.,Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer
He is Board Director of FLORINVEST (the life sciences and biotechnology
division of FLORIDIENNE),
BIOCHEM EUROPE,
SOPRAL, H-PHAR, AdCel
and CBD Inc. . He
is also member of several steering committees. He is serving as development
manager for the life science and Biotechnology activities of FLORIDIENNE.
Marc Parmentier, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Scientist Officer
He is a full professor at the Institute of Multi-disciplinary Research in Human and Molecular Biology (I.R.I.B.H.M.) of the FREE UNIVERSITY OF BRUSSELS. He is responsible for a research group active in the study of G protein-coupled receptors and of transgenic models of human pathologies. His scientific excellence has been recognized with numerous scientific prizes including the Francqui Prize in 1999. He is also Chief Scientist Officer of EUROSCREEN.
Pierre Chatelain, Ph.D.: Director Research & Development Former Head of the In Vitro Pharmacological Department for the last 10 years at UCB (Union Chimique Belge, Belgian Pharmaceutical company). He was previously Associate Director for Pre-clinical Development and Director at the Brussels Research Centre at Sanofi. He acted as Project Manager at both Sanofi and Continental Pharma. He holds a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry and has a long experience in screening.
Gilbert Vassart, M.D, Ph. D., Scientific Advisor
He is the head of the Institute of Multi-disciplinary Research in Human and Molecular Biology (I.R.I.B.H.M.) of the FREE UNIVERSITY OF BRUSSELS and of the Department of Medical Genetics at the ERASMUS UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL. At the I.R.I.B.H.M. he is leading research activity on thyroid endocrinology and molecular aspects of thyroid diseases. The scientific excellence of Gilbert Vassart’s work has resulted in over 300 peer-reviewed publications in the field of G protein-coupled receptors. Gilbert Vassart was also awarded the Francqui Prize in 1993 and the European Van Ghysel Prize in 2000.

Jean-Marie Delwart, B.Phil., MChem., President
Former Chief Executive and President of FLORIDIENNE
and Board Director of several companies. He is still the President of
FLORINVEST, the life sciences and biotechnology division of FLORIDIENNE.
He is the founder of the “JEAN-MARIE
DELWART FOUNDATION” dedicated to the study of comparative ethology
and chemical communications.
Prof. Dumont, Prof., MD, Ph.D.
He is a pioneer in cell signalling research in Europe, and the world leader in the study of thyroid biology. He has established an interdisciplinary research institute (IRIBHM) affiliated with the medical faculty of the FREE UNIVERSITY OF BRUSSELS. He is currently Professor emeritus of the FREE UNIVERSITY OF BRUSSELS. He is President of the board of EUROSCREEN, one of the world leader company in GPCR. Professor Dumont is also a member of the Fondation Reine Elisabeth (Belgium) and the Fondation Roi Baudouin (Belgium).
Pierre Nokin, Ph.D., MBA
He is the CEO of EUROSCREEN, one of the world leaders of G-protein couple receptors. Before founding EUROSCREEN, he had over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and bio-medical industry, including SANOFI, UCB Pharma, LABAZ and DTI Medical.

Guy Paquot, LLD
President of COMPAGNIE
DU BOIS SAUVAGE. He is managing a Belgian holding which accompanies
industrial or financial companies with support, assistance to their financial
management, their structure and their capital stability. He is also President
of ENTREPRISES ET CHEMINS DE FER EN CHINE and of NEUHAUS. He is Board
Director of RECTICEL, FLORIDIENNE,
GALACTIC, FAUCHON and several other companies.
Charles Delwart, Bch. Phil., MBA
After auditing activities at PRICE WATER COOPERS, he is acting as Development Manager of an audiovisual company.
